British P58 Field Suspenders Yoke – Cold War Era Surplus Cotton Canvas Web Equipment

Vintage British 58 Pattern P58 Web Equipment YOKE FIELD SUSPENDERS

Made of heavy-duty cotton canvas. Front straps will loop around and attach to most anything and rear straps with metal C-hooks will securely attach to most 2.25” wide belts. 

You may choose WITH the rear shovel attachment or WITHOUT shovel attachment. In service, soldiers sometimes removed the shovel attachment because it was uncomfortable when carrying heavy backpacks. If you're purchasing these suspenders just to use with the backpack, we recommend the WITHOUT option.

GRADING CRITERIA

Used Good: This is a good deal if you don't mind cleaning and making a few repairs.  Expect pieces to have various markings such as service members names and numbers, written or painted on. Some pieces may have tape, minor (repairable) damage such as small tears or holes, frayed edges, loose stitching, corrosion/rust on hardware, and possibly missing a clip/hook or straps. Yoke/suspenders may be missing the E-tool carrier strap from back.

Used Very Good: Will exhibit less wear; expect pieces to have various markings such as service members names and numbers, written or painted on. All hardware will be intact to include hooks, snaps, clips, and straps. Some pieces may have tape, minor tears or holes, frayed edges, and minor (if any) corrosion/rust on hardware.

Used Excellent:  The best condition available. All hardware will be intact to include hooks, snaps, clips, and straps. Expect pieces to have various markings such as service members names and numbers, written or painted on backs or inside of pieces BUT will NOT be visible as worn. 

Very Used / Battle Condition: These are all functionable examples, but have been rejected for our Quality Control of the above grades. These might be tears, rips, holes, dirty, missing hardware, etc.. BUT still are functionable and with a little repairing they will match some of the above better grades. This Battle Condition is used by movies, props, photoshoots, and other realistic shoots. You will be happy with this if you are a do it yourself or an upcycler.  

Most of this equipment has seen extensive use. It has been in storage for 20+ years and will probably need to be cleaned.
